I Hanker for some Randomness for Rhonda

Just realized I haven't posted any randomness for Rhonda in a while. Hope you enjoy this blast from the past (& healthy snack too!)

Tales from the Scales Check-In

If eating less and moving more helps you lose weight, then it stands to reason that eating more and moving less would keep you from losing. And that's what happened to me this week (second week in a row)! I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either. My Pollyanna friends would say that I have maintained! :)

But I'm not letting it get me down! Not this week, I've enjoyed it too much for that! Mark and I spent a couple days running around and enjoying ourselves this weekend. Hot flea market caramel corn, anyone? Jackie & Scott are in from Poland for a short visit and they came down yesterday to stay with us and I used some of my newly acquired cooking skills to cook up a mess of barbecue chicken and hash brown casserole, Loveless Cafe style! (recipe for that to be posted later) We took in a movie yesterday as well. I don't know about you, but I can't go to a movie and sip diet coke while abstaining from the goodies. That's just wrong. M&M's and Coke for me! And then there were the chips and salsa that were consumed during several rounds of board games last night. All in all, lots of above points portions have been consumed by yours truly the last few days! And that's OK, because it was all in the name of family and fun!

So I've had my fun this week and now I plan to get back into the exercise groove and start tracking again. If I don't lose next week it wont be from lack of trying.

And she has no social skills either!

Today was the big day. Antiques Roadshow Day! Let me start off by saying it was fun. Cool to be there and to see how the show works. First, we were herded like cattle through a bazillion mile long line. Once we made it to the end of THIS line, we went to an appraiser who looked quickly at our items and then told us which category to go to...so we could stand in line a little longer. THIS is the line you see people standing in when you see the show on TV. If the "real" appraiser feels you have an interesting item, you get to have it appraised on camera. No one must have had anything terribly interesting while we were there, as we never saw anyone being filmed during an appraisal. However we did see camera men walking around randomly filming in our cattle-herding line. The whole thing went by really fast once we made it "on set", so we might have missed it.

Mark actually did well at the Roadshow. He spoke only when appropriate and did so in an intelligent way. Yikes! That sounds bad...it will make sense when you read down a little further about what I said! One of his "junky swords" was actually a bayonet. His two items were worth 125 & 175 dollars. Very nice considering he paid 10 bucks for six various sword-y things at a flea market!

Having said that, here's this... I was worried about embarrassing my family. I should have been more worried about embarrassing myself! I took a Native American mortar and pestle that had been given to me by my brother in law. Now, although I may seem particularly chatty in the blog, I'm not. At all. Unless I know you well. Otherwise I'm pretty shy and awkward so I was a little nervous and freaked out about having to talk to the appraisers--they're TV personalities after all! And dear Lord, what if they ask me to share this on the air? I'll pass out! Or worse, I won't.
(My first item for appraisal. You can't see it in this picture, but there is an indentation in the center of the flat stone.)

I walk up to tribal arts table and two of the appraisers ask me what I've got. Trying to be funny, I said something dorky about having some rocks for them to look at. Then I showed them my item, all the while thinking (through my nervousness) they were going to say something like, "This is a really nice example of a mortar and pestle, and now we well tell you all of the remarkable ways the Native Americans used it."

The lady who was at the table said "looks like a chicken stone" a couple of times. TO which I say "a chicken stone?" She says, "Yes, a stone the chickens peck at!"

The gentleman, who'd probably been sizing me up based on that first dorky comment, must have decided that calling it a "mortar and pestle" would be far above my level of vocabulary comprehension, so he said "What you have here is a nut breaker". Only I didn't hear that. I heard NET breaker. So while he goes on to talk about all the remarkable ways in which the Native Americans would use this utensil to break nuts, I'm thinking "NET breaker? HUH? Why would Native Americans need a net breaker? What? How did they use that little thing to break nets? HUH?" all the while I have a mental picture of a Native American woman leaning over this little stone with a giant net hooked around it somehow trying to slice it with the other piece. All this running through my head while he's talking but I'm smiling and politely nodding. Then I actually hear the word "NUTS". I could have kept nodding, said "Thank you!" and moved on. But no. This is what I did...Me, loudly..."OH!!!!! You said NUT Breaker!! I thought you said NET BREAKER! Har Har Har!" And then I went on to repeat the above idiotic scenario. I actually said all of that to the Smarty-Farty Antiques Roadshow Appraisers. My fellow Kentuckians, I apologize.

I should say here that even though the mortar and pestle was appraised at 50 dollars, it's worth a lot more than that to me. It was a gift to me from Mark's brother. And there is much history...and apparently nut cracking...in its past. Besides the fact that was a gift, I love that it is SO very old as well as the historical value of it. I like holding in my hands something that was actually used by people hundreds of years ago. I've yet to take it to school, but this year I am definitely going to use it when we do Native American units.

Despite the fact that as I'm walking away from Tribal Arts table I am mentally smacking my forehead and saying "STUPID STUPID!", I decide to move on to the jewelry appraiser. I have a lindie star ring that I was curious about. I didn't find anything out about it other than it was worth what I paid for it. I only irritated the jewelry appraiser by interrupting her. Twice. I didn't MEAN to!! She paused too long! ;) I guess I was bent out of shape over what I said at the first appraisal and was trying to tell her what I knew about the ring so as not to appear an idiot this time. Unfortunately, I appeared as such anyway. D'OH! Before she could tell me what it was really worth I blurted out "I paid $85.00 for it!" She promptly handed it back and said "Then that's what it's worth!" I had several questions I wanted to ask, but I felt like like such a dork I just said "Thank You" and walked away instead.

Thank goodness they see 5,000-6,000 people per episode and hopefully won't remember me! Guess I'm lucky that I can laugh at myself now that it is several hours later! Surely they've had bigger morons wander onto the set.

Despite my display of dorkiness, I really did enjoy myself. If you get the chance, you should check out the antiques roadshow if it ever comes to your area!

Would you be surprised if I told you this was absolutely worthless? ....Nah

Mark and I are off to the Antiques Roadshow in the morning! Even though we don't have anything around our house that is remotely valuable, we're still pretty excited. I think it'll be fun. I'm taking a Native American mortar and pestal (sp?) that was given to me as a gift. Mark is taking some junky old swords.

It's going to be hard, but we will TRY not to those people in the background Brian Regan jokes about in this clip. I said try, no promises, folks...who knows what we'll do when we see those cameras! Hopefully we won't embarrass our families!

And the winner is.....

Oh, this was fun. I spent no TELLING how much time trying to win goodies and had lots of fun comments to read from this post! I've been introduced to lots of blogs I probably never would have known about before. A few of them I've bookmarked to hit up at a later date. And with over 300 entries, I have plently more to check out! Thanks to any and all who stopped by to play! A winner has been randomly selected...in case you're wondering randomly selected means me with closed eyes, scrolling up and down madly, stopping and pointing--it's goofy but it worked! And was quick!

And Now...the randomly selected winner is "New Mom" of http://growingupgracefully.blogspot.com/ Congrats New Mom! Hope you enjoy the apron!

In case you did NOT participate in thie giveaway, you should know...people are really generous. Some folks were even giving away multiple prizes. So many nice things to be had. I think Shannon was right, the internet DID smell like flowers for a few days there! Thanks Shannon for this wonderful idea!

I would like to do this again sometime. Although, without the help of Rocks in My Dryer, my blog will undoubtedly go back to it's readership of roughly not very many. Unless my brother Shea wants a floral apron---which I can assure you he DOES NOT, guess I'll just be making one for the four of you who are left! I just gave this one to Jackie(my lil' sis), so that leaves only about three to go! Ha!

“You can't create a monster, then whine when it stomps on a few buildings” ...Lisa Simpson

After the success that was Ozzie Nelson, I was feeling pretty cocky and decided to try a second plush/softie monster from the book, Plush-O-Rama; Curious Creatures for Immature Adults. This time, my monster of choice was called a Woolie. Made from wool. Duh. Well I didn't have any wool on hand, but did have some nice soft s-t-r-e-t-c-h-y fleece. So, I decided to make a "fleece woolie".

Again, I looked at the book and sketched out the shape. Cut it out. Read the instructions, sorta followed them. Got most everything together and then at the last minute decided to add a cute little ribbon belt, like the ones in the book were wearing. This is where things went terribly, terribly wrong. Wool does'nt have a lot of stretch. Ribbon does not stretch. FLEECE...it has some stretch. D'Oh! Had I any brains about me I'd have thought this through. But NOooo, I want to hurry up and get it done even though I am a beginner and need to take it slow! Never even occurred to me that fabric choices would change the outcome that much. Lesson Learned.

Instead of a nice proportionate, cute little monster, I got this thing. A bipolar dog bone......a cross between stretch armstrong and one of those weird mushroom thingies rom the old Mario games...something so so weird I don't know how to describe it. I realize it's a monster and, well, it is supposed to be weird, but c'mon!! I 'm giving it to Shea for the dog to play with. Hopefully the Ripper will destroy this thing...and soon.

Now, after failing miserably, you'd think I'd give up. Nope. I knew I had it in me! This time, I did my own thing. Maybe I should do my own thing more often, 'cause I actually like this little guy. Loosely based on one of the photos in the book(no pattern, no instructions). It actually turned out much, much better than the belt wearing freak. Yeah, he's a tad lopsided, but somehow it works. Although he is, perhaps, a little cutesy for a monster, I like him. If you haven't yet, check out my Apron giveaway...details here.

One final thing...JACKIE AND SCOTT ARE HOME! YAY!!!!

Apron Giveaway! Apron Giveaway!

The contest ended Friday (07/27) morning and the winner was "New Mom" of http://growingupgracefully.blogspot.com/ Thanks for stopping by!

I'm excited to be participating in the Dog Days of Summer giveaway sponsored by Rocks in my Dryer! Check it out, 'cause lots of folks are giving away lots of stuff...for free!!!

If you've read this blog at all you know that my summertime hobby has been sewing, er, make that learning to sew. AND you might also know that I've gone a little nuts with aprons as my item of choice to sew, only recently having branched out and attempted a monster and a couple other things.Since I now have more aprons that I can ever possibly use, I present to you, my giveaway item... the Amazing Tea Towel Apron! I've made four of these so far after receiving my copy of Bend the Rules Sewing(which I am currently obsessed with) by Amy Karol. This particular apron may be my favorite of the lot. So there you have it, my giveaway item!

If you'd like to win, just leave me a comment. You do not have to have a blog to win, but please leave a valid email addy so I can contact the winner. International participants are welcome! I'll draw a random winner from the list on Friday July 27. Most likely early in the day, so chime in before 8 a.m. Central time if you want to win.

On another note...I've made some more monsters! One is pretty scary(and not in a good way) so check in later for show and tell!

"Diet" Cupcakes Cease to be Diet when You Eat Them in Multiples

I guess you could call it maintaining, but I'm not feeling very "glass half full" this morning. Could just be that I have to go back to a meeting for work today after nearly three months of Summer Vacation, it's early, and I'm just being grouchy, but I'm a little mad at myself. I didn't lose a stinkin' pound this week!

OK, so part of that is because I chose to make some three point cupcakes this week. Was a good idea, anyway. Craving something sweet, so I though I'd do the "right" thing and eat cupcakes that were low in points (compared to real cupcakes, that is). Here's the problem. I have NO self control. I ate four...yesterday alone! That's half my points allowance for the day! Sheesh! And while I'm confessing, I also ate a Sonic Blast choc' full of Oreos this week, not to mention the cupcakes that were consumed prior to yesterday. Yeah, the were good, but not sure it was worth it.

A lack of movement may have led to my non-loss as well. Sunday and Monday I spent the better part of the day plastered in front of the computer trying to finish up my cookbook project and, I'm not going to lie, I spent WAY too many hours yesterday trying to win everything known to man in the Dog Days of Summer Bloggy Giveaway. (If you haven't already, check out my bloggy giveaway item!)

Alright, so I have GOT to reign in in this week. And it'll be hard. My lil' sis and her husband have been working in Poland as missionaries for a year and they are home for a visit. YAY! PRAISE GOD! I really have missed those kids! Heading out to see them this afternoon...much celebration and much food to be had over the next few months. I'll have to be really careful. I don't want to gain next week! In fact, I really want to be a loser next week!

This is what happens when I procrastinate

Sooo, yesterday afternoon I was thinking: "I have to finish up the cookbook or I'm going to have to pay another monthly fee to pay AND I have to start back to work next week so I'm going to need to be getting the house clean before I'm back full time...my closet is a mess and I might need to organize it before I have to locate and start wearing grown up clothes again, AND since Jackie and Scott are coming in next week and I'm going to want to spend time with them I better get it done now, NOT to mention I have NO lesson plans or activities for my students remotely ready and school starts in TWO WEEKS! But INSTEAD why don't I spend my time making some more aprons that I really don't need and Ooooh! I should try making a monster while I'm at it!"
And yes, all those thoughts came at once. Scary. Even scarier, the monster that I made. This is "Reg" from Plush-O-Rama, I'm new to this so I'm not sure if he's a plush, a softie or what the cool crafters are calling stuffed toys these days. Maybe someone will read this and enlighten me. In the meantime, I call him Ozzie Nelson. As far as monsters go and since I've never attempted anything like this, I guess this guy was pretty easy to make. There was no actual pattern in the book. So I looked at the photo, drew out the pattern pieces and followed the directions for putting him together. I had some trouble sewing on the outside arm and getting it look right but the hardest part was getting his eyes on. They are little felt circles which had to be zigzaged around. I felt like I was fighting my machine the whole time! But really, those eyes DO make Ozzie Nelson appear more monster-y, dontcha think! I can see why people get into creating these softies/plush things! Maybe I'll even get to the point where I can design my own creations! I must admit that once I turned him inside out and saw my "creation" pre-stuffing. I got all tingly and excited--Dr. Frankenstein must have felt the same way. "It's a-LIIIVE!"

This is what happens when I procrastinate! Now, I'm off to clean house and work on the cookbook. Seriously. No, seriously, I am!

Does this make me a junkie?

Wicked book. Wicked, wicked book! Look what my favorite new book has caused me to do! Go out and spend money...on a boat load of tea towels and some place mats no less! Very recently, I would have spent money I didn't have on clothes, things for the house, CDs, DVDs and the like. And now I'm spending it on stuff like this! What has happened to me?Darn you Amy Karol and your Bend the Rules Sewing! Did you somehow know that I become obsessed with my craft du jour and would end up fabric addicted after only three projects? Oh, all right, here's the important point in all this silliness...tea towels or not, these are fantastic prints AND they were all on sale! One dollar or less, EACH! What to do, what to do? Make aprons? Bags? Try something new? Actually use as (gasp) dish towels? Hmmm...

Sewing & Singing

As promised, a look at some things that I have made since my new crafty space came to be. Yes, I get frustrated when I have to rip out seams and when things don't go right, but it is so much more enjoyable to do so in an area dedicated to just that sort of thing! It's nice to sit in my crafty room and listen to Maximum Broadway internet radio while I rip seams. Nothing like seam ripping while singing along to Shipoopi, Don't Cry for Me Argentina, I Wanna Be A Producer, and various other show tunes!

For the first three projects, I used Amy Karol's Bend the Rules Sewing. This is a fabulous book! Gorgeous photos and Amy's cool & relaxed way of explaining things make these projects seem so easy! All the projects in this book are things I would like to try at some point.
This is called the SIMPLE tote. Simple, it weren't...for me that is. I wrestled with this cute little tote for hours. Ripped out seams several times. But managed to complete it and be happy with the end result! Didn't have to call my mother once! I do think I figured out my problem while working on it(well one of them anyway). I get in a hurry. I get excited about a project, want to hurry up and see the finished product as well as wanting to finish it so that I can move on to the next thing on my list and I skip steps or hurry through the preparation stage. I do this when I try new recipes too. Anyhow, in my frenzy to complete this tote I skipped over the instructions telling me to pin the handles FACING DOWN and they ended up all wrong. Somehow I sewed the lining in wrong about three times. Still, I did finish it and plan to make a couple more! While it is supposed to be a tote, it's a tad small for that so I will be using this as a super-cute lunch bag on sandwich and chips days.

This is called the "No Cash Wallet"(also pictured above) Again, from Bend the Rules Sewing. Yes, the seams are a little wobbly, but I worked so hard on this one that I'm proud of it, wonky seams and all! Slowed down and tried to think it through before proceeding. Best part of this project was that I did not have to rip out one single thread! Not One! WooHoo! There is supposed to be a snap closure sewn under the button, but I bought hook and eye closures by mistake. Will fix that later.

I couldn't have a new crafty sewing space without making an apron, so I have TWO to share with you. The first is the Amazing Tea Towel apron...again, from Bend the Rules Sewing. Aptly named, since it was amazingly easy to make... twill tape is used for ties and I added the suggested pleats to make it more "aprony". And that's it! I can see myself going crazy making these for everyone I know!

The second comes from The Apron Book by EllyAnne Geisel and was fairly simple to make, despite the bias tape disaster and seam ripping that ensued. While I might not buy fabric with chickens on it for myself, I had a couple people in mind when I bought this fabric and I ended up really liking it when I saw the finished apron.

SO, there you have it! I'm spending some time this week working on finishing up the cookbook, and probably will actually go to work for a day or two, so I may not have any crafty or cooking adventures to post for a few days.

Things are looking down!

This weeks loss was 1.5 pounds! Not as big a loss as last week, but I'm convinced that if I keep doing what I'm doing(daily exercise, drinking plenty of water, and tracking points) that by Thursday's WW weigh in, I'll be down another .5 to 1 pound! TFTS gals, please don't get wigged out by the scale above. I joined in on the May Day Challenge late, and that's 26 pounds lost since January, not since joining the challenge. However, I am so glad that I stumbled upon the challenge! I think that extra bit of accountability has kept me working at losing weight this summer. I really hope a NEW challenge begins when this one ends as I still have many pounds to lose!

On Friday, I went shopping with my dear, dear friend Trish. Who does not have a weight problem, bless her heart. In addition to having a ball and nearly laughing myself sillier, as I always do with Trish, I got a big kick out of this... Tried on some jackets and blouses and everything fit! And they were all a size Large! OK, I realize that a size large is, well, LARGE, but when you're used to EXTRA large, putting on a Large and having it actually fit(not hug the fat rolls) is SUCH a good feeling! Even better, yesterday I was in Goody's, where the clothes are always too small. I tried on some size 14 pants and THEY WERE TOO BIG! One pair nearly fell off! IT WAS GREAT! Considering at the start of school last year I was wearing a tight 16, this is a huge thing! Well, not so huge anymore! :D So when I head back to work in a couple weeks, I'll be down at least one size and maybe two. What? Did I try on the size twelves? Nope. I was so jazzed from the 14s being too small that I didn't want to jinx it!

Diet Coke Cookies?

I learned earlier this year that if you add a can of diet cola to a box of cake mix (nothing else, just the cola) you get a nice, moist, low in WW points cake. It is both yummy and fairly diet friendly. Mark loves 'em since there are no dairy products involved.

While going through the stack of recipes clipped from newspapers that Dad has lent me for my cookbook, I came a cross a Cake Mix Cookie from Heloise.
  • For those cookies you mix together 1 box of cake mix, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 2 large eggs. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake 8-10 min. Haven't tried it, but I'm sure they are good.
That recipe got me to thinking about the Diet Coke cake. I decided if you can make a cake with just a can of pop, that maybe cookies would work as well. Turns out they do! Here's what I did.
  • Added to one box of cake mix (I used chocolate) enough diet cola to get to what I thought might be a cookie dough consistency. Probably should have measured that. Sorry.
  • Roll into small balls. Warning: A sticky, gooey chocolate mess will cover your hands. Maybe some powdered sugar on your hands would prevent this????
  • Bake about 8-10 min., (change this depending on how chewy or crunchy you like your cookies.)
The inside was chewy, almost brownie-like. Outside was a touch crunchy. NOT bad at all. Mark devoured them in record time and while they were still warm I ate my fair share. I figured the WW points on these little guys to be about 1 point per cookie.

As far as cooking goes, that's the only new thing I've tried since the Poppy Seed Chicken, other than some skillet hash browns in a box earlier today. Those won't be making a return engagement at our house. Blech.

Tune in a little later for an update on what's been happening in my new crafty space!

Commence with the Craftiness!

I am giddy! After years & years of hauling paint, beads, scrapbooking and other supplies to the kitchen and making a complete mess for the world to see, I now have my own crafty space! Woo Hoo! No more will I have to wait around to be creative because I don't want to "mess up" the kitchen! I have an entire room--in the back of the house no less--that I can mess up all I want! And really, now that I have started sewing, I needed a space. So, the new space is the room in which the computer lives and where Mark does all his ebay biznez, but was also a spare bedroom. I will miss the comfy twin bed with the groovy 60's headboard that was in the room, but honestly, I'm pretty sure Mark and I can live without three beds! We don't have that much overnight company and I'm not sure I could have made it much longer without a sewing/craft area!

Now, for the tour of the new sewing-scrapbooking-jewerly making-ebay-home office-blogging room...

This is the computer area. Thank goodness for the doors on the cabinet. There's a ton of junk residing alongside the old imac!
My craft table! An early birthday gift from my parents. It's a computer desk, but I think it's a great size for sewing and I like that even though it is big, it doesn't seem to take up a ton of room because of all the glass. I'll still have to cut my fabric on the kitchen counter, but I don't mind that since my countertop is nice and roomy. Although it's a small room, there is still plenty of space on the right side of the table for some type of storage unit for fabrics and such. I'm thinking a cabinet with wicker basket drawers from Pier One might be nice there...something I can close. I like to have all that stuff handy, but don't want it piled up in plain view, unless it could be done in an organized arty-farty way. Any suggestions?

Here we have the view leaving the room. I'd like to find a teeny futon to put on that teeny wall. I really have thing for both tropical and retro style decor. The two are sorta lumped together in this room. Not sure it's working just yet, but not sure what to add or change.
A little more show and tell...some fabric for making pillows for the green chair and a sewing machine cover, my scant collection of craft/sewing books, something my cat likes to sleep in and some randomness for Rhonda.

Poppy Seed Chicken....Mmmmm Mmmmm

My folks came over Sunday for lunch and I made this Poppy Seed Chicken. It is a combination of recipes that I have received for the cookbook, which I have YET to finish. One from Debbie (bro-in-law whom I adore Scott's mom) and the other from a coworker, Debrina. It was simple to throw together and mighty tasty. No photo for you...I'm slacking on the photographing of my food...sorry!

Poppy Seed Chicken
3-4 Chicken boneless, skinless breasts, cooked & shredded or cut into bite sized pieces.
8 oz. Sour Cream
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Combine all of these ingredients and place in casserole dish.

For topping, mix together:
1 stick butter, melted
Ritz or Townhouse crackers. (I used about 1/2 box of the Townhouse Toppers, probably a "sleeve" or so of regular crackers.)
1 TBS. poppy seeds

Mix topping and spread over casserole. Bake at 350 till brown and bubbly.

One note: I lined the bottom of the casserole w/ topping before adding the chicken. Debrina's recipe suggested doing this, BUT her recipe used twice the amount of other ingredients, so that makes more sense. Still good, even with cracker overload.

Just in case you're wondering...had sweet corn, scored potatoes, steamed veggies & crescent rolls as sides so veg-head Mark didn't have to fend for himself this lunch! Was Good. Amazing how the more I cook, the more I actually enjoy it!

Tales from the Scales Check-In

Last week I was sleeping in, still worn out from the trip to St. Louis and the Police concert(but it was a good worn out) I know better than to weigh in late in the day, so I didn't weigh in at all. Thursday at Weight Watchers I was down .6 from the the previous week. Not much of a loss, but still any loss is good in my book.

This morning when I weighed, I got a little gift...2.5 pounds down! Making for a total of 3 pounds and I'm really happy about that! Starting Friday, I bumped my exercise up to a four mile Walk Away the Pounds every other day and have started drinking a lot more water. Seems to be working!

Thursday, July 5, 2007

Don't think me unkind..words are hard to find...

OK...I could never do justice to the spectacular-ness that was the POLICE concert! I will tell you that it was amazing, incredible, and exactly everything that you would imagine a Police concert should be and then some! Most all the hits were played...including the fantastic ROXXAAANNNEEE!, Can't Stand Losing You, Da Do, Do Do, Syncronicty II (now I must sing..."another suburban family morning...") to name a few. Man! It was so cool just to be there! And it was not unlike a giant sing along much of the night. Awesome!! Shea and I had a GREAT time and I know we'll not easily be forgetting it!If you want to know what it was like, hop in your Police cruiser and head on over to my brother Shea's blog where you can find the complete rundown of this most excellent night! He does a much better job of recreating it than I ever could!

Monday, July 2, 2007

In just a few hours Shea and I will be off to see the POLICE in concert. SO excited! My FAVORITE POLICE VIDEO wouldn't uplaod, but this is one of my favorite POLICE tunes for your viewing & listening pleasure...
