You'd think in times like that we'd want to do what's BEST for ourselves and yet stress seems to be the 'self-destruct' button. Ah, you and me both, sister! How can we change that?<BR/><BR/>I got to go for my outdoor walk this morning, which was awesome and I don't get to do it often enough these days anymore, with hubby hardly ever at home. Maybe I'll have to check out that video.<BR/><BR/>I NEVER watch 700 Club, but I did one day not that long ago and Leslie Sansone was the guest. She talked about exactly this walking work-out and demonstrated a bunch of stuff. And quoted some incredible numbers -- like how just FIVE minutes of exercise can begin to lower blood pressure.<BR/><BR/>Good for you!! Stick with that this week. Another amazing thing i've learned about dieting is that when I'm exercising regularly, I seem to be more conscientious about what I eat, and how much of it.
