OK...I could never do justice to the spectacular-ness that was the POLICE concert! I
will tell you that it was amazing, incredible, and exactly everything that you would imagine a Police concert should be and then some! Most all the hits were played...including the fantastic ROXXAAANNNEEE!, Can't Stand Losing You, Da Do, Do Do, Syncronicty II (now I must sing..."another suburban family morning...") to name a few. Man! It was so cool just to be there! And it was not unlike a giant sing along much of the night. Awesome!! Shea and I had a GREAT time and I know we'll not easily be forgetting it!

read a few back blogs. I tried to find your email but couldn't so i'll just give you some weight loss advice here. I recently lost mega weight without trying here's the secret. Use your left hand for "everything" (if your right handed that is) I mean everything. Eat only baby veg, like baby potatoes only, baby carrots, baby zuc's etc. they have less bad carb's and eat the larger meal at noon. I couldn't use my right hand for about three month's for anything, and was amazed at the weight loss. When I had my surgery I was size 14, I'm now 7.
